Our initial business idea came quite by accident –literally. When one of our daughters broke her arm, she soon discovered that her standard white cast was as uncomfortable as it looked and caught on everything. Out came the scissors and sewing machine, and some bright and comfortable cast covers were made. Enquiries soon followed, with many asking the same question: where can we buy them?  

After undertaking extensive research, we discovered a hole in the market not only for cast covers, but for fun and comfortable crutch covers, slings, cushions and other items that can assist with discomfort as a result of surgery, injury, disability or just simply ageing.

Orthoeze was established and the rest is history.

The Orthoeze team are very passionate about providing both comfort and style to those in need, across a broad spectrum of areas. Our products are not limited to just one type of injury, the sick or the elderly. They can also be used to provide comfort to some and for others, assist in making life a little easier.

We pride ourselves in manufacturing quality products. Lengthy trials have been carried out on all of our products and we have taken into account all constructive feedback, to ensure we offer the best possible products.

We are fully committed in continuing to research and develop products that may be beneficial to some, bring comfort to others and improve the overall wellbeing to those that need it.

Security is vitally important and we have therefore created a very secure buying environment. Our payment partner is BOQ and Paypal. These companies handle your details on their servers when you pay by credit card. It's all secured with 128bit SSL. We do not see your details or credit card numbers - only the results of the order. If you prefer to direct debit, goods will be shipped after funds have cleared into our account.

Your order is trackable from the moment we receive your payment. We will send you an email to say your goods have been dispatched. You can then track your shipment every step of the way until it is delivered.

We have an unbelievably low flat rate of $10.00 inc GST for all deliveries Australia wide.    

We use couriers for 98% of all deliveries. 

Our courier partners are Australia Post and Sendle. We aim to deliver your products to your doorstep within 12-72 hours of you placing your order. We promise to keep you informed every step of the way.
